Track Rollers
Sealed roller systems engineered for predictable wear patterns under heavy radial loads. Single and double flange configurations available.
Engineering
Designed for predictable wear.
Track rollers bear the full weight of the machine and transmit it through the track links to the ground. Under these sustained radial loads, roller wear rate is the primary variable in undercarriage cost management.
KSS track rollers use case-hardened outer shells with precision-ground bores to establish exact bearing geometry from day one. A pre-filled sealed bearing system maintains lubrication through the full service life without field re-lubrication.
The sealed design is engineered specifically for contaminated environments — fine abrasive materials, water ingress, and clay packing — conditions typical of Kalimantan coal and mineral mining operations.

Field Context
Roller wear drives undercarriage cost more than any other component.
Track rollers are the highest-wear component in a standard undercarriage system. They bear the full operating weight of the machine continuously — not cyclically — and do so across abrasive material that accelerates outer shell wear with every meter of travel.
The primary failure modes are outer shell wear-through and seal failure leading to bearing contamination. Both are directly influenced by material hardness, case depth, and seal integrity at the time of manufacture — not by field maintenance.
KSS track rollers are engineered with case-hardened shells to resist abrasive wear and sealed bearing geometry designed to maintain lubrication in fine-particle environments. The result is a more predictable wear curve — which reduces the frequency of unplanned roller change-outs and lowers cost per hour across the full undercarriage service interval.
